Malala epitomises “who says it can’t be done”. Against all the odds she has a selfless determination to bring about transformational change in her region, country, and now globally in one of the most fundamental subjects that impact our world – education.
Whilst I can admire her bravery and her resolve, I can share her commitment to being open to, and having a lifelong thirst for learning and the opportunity that presents.
Education is education. We should learn everything and then choose which path to follow.
Not only has she become the youngest Nobel laureate aged 17, she has also been voted by Time Magazine 2013-2015 as one of the most influential people globally, has an Oscar-nominated documentary and won Pakistan’s first National Youth Peace Prize.
